Know Your Rights to Protect Your Property

WTC MUD #1 is composed of HOA Sections (Lakeline Oaks, Volente Hills, and Hunter's Glenn 1) and non HOA Sections (Anderson Mill West and Hunter's Glenn 2).  If you bought in a non HOA section you probably believed you would have more freedom to live on your property the way you choose - but the MUD is trying to take that away from you by essentially functioning as an HOA. Some members of the MUD Board have voted to to post signs, send letters,and use your tax dollars to send an "enforcer" around to tell you how you should live on your property.Board members Hanoi Avila, Carrol Norrell, Beth Jones, and Chris Rocco all voted to pay tons of your money to make this a reality. RESIST!  Their signs, their "warnings", their letters are all a scare tactic to make you comply with their idea about how you should live your neighborhood life - even though several of them aren't following the rules themselves.
